Every process is lined with meticulous quality control and supervised with precision, right from procurement up to delivery. Independent Quality Audits are carried out by our Quality Assurance Department (QAD) personnel at all critical stages of the production process. Various tests are performed in our central laboratory and measurements' spot-checked in order to assure quality of fabric and garment workmanship respectively. Some of our quality tests include Fabric and Garment shrinkage Testing, Water wash testing, Fabric Strength test, Fabric Count test, Grading & Chemical testing amongst numerous others.
As a responsible business house, we are deeply committed to creating a pollution-free environment. Ours is a zero discharge processing house with our own effluent treatment plant. It is equipped with Multiple Evaporators and RO facility to treat and recycle the water and various salts used for processing/finishing fabric and yarn. Our uncompromising quality control measures are primarily responsible for the enviable clientele that we have today. |
