| Imported machines from Japan and Germany like Barudan, Tajima and SWF are an integral part of the embroidery units. All these machines have 20 heads and are totally computerised. Designs with up to 20,000 stitches and size 24 cm x 45 cm can be embroidered. These machines can also embroider all over the fabric with as much as 7 colours along with boring, sequins, cording, etc. The in-house designing system utilizes high-tech embroidery design software to develop, edit and generate stitches/designs. On the basis of design and number of stitches, the total production capacity is 300,000 pieces per month . |
